The Apartment is a liaison of 20th century furniture, contemporary art and design, showcased in the elegant setting of an 18th century apartment in Christianshavn, in the heart of Copenhagen, handsomely restored by founders Tina Seidenfaden Busck and Pernille Hornhaver.
The concept and pieces are edited with an international point of view, exhibiting world recognised designers such as Michael Anastassiades, Ilse Crawford, McCollin Bryan and Larusi rugs alongside handpicked vintage furniture. The Apartment is also available for private consultation on interiors and art.
Founder Tina Seidenfaden Busck is part of a tight network of the region’s most compelling galleries allowing The Apartment to showcase and sell works by renowned, international artists. Beside this The Apartment has a longstanding relationship with auction houses like Sotheby’s, Christie’s and Phillips de Pury. This gives The Apartment an opportunity to operate both on the primary and the secondary art market.
Tina Seidenfaden Busck (b. 1974) has been involved within contemporary art, design and antiques all of her career.
